
Here's how it works:
Give us a call or send us an email once you have received your invitations from your distributor. We will then discuss in great detail which services you need as well as request a copy of your guest list. We ask that your guest list be sent by email, as a Microsoft Word document, names stacked in a single column, written out exactly how you would like them to appear on your envelopes. Please proofread your list carefully. We are not responsible for errors made by you on your final guest list, however, if there is an error made on our end, we will correct it and send it to you immediately at no cost.
We guarantee all of our work and stand behind our service. Simply send us the envelopes you wish to have serviced, along with your check made payable to Modern Elegance. Due to the time need to have checks clear, we must respectfully ask for payment up front with your order. If you should choose to have your inner envelopes or return address done as well, please provide us with the names as you would like them to appear. For example:

As is customary, we do ask for all extra envelopes to allow for any changes made. Any unused envelopes will be returned. For those wishing to see an example of our work, you can call or email us with your name, address, and desired style and we will send it to you immediately.
Mailing Services:
We offer personalized mailing for both our individual and corporate clientele. Simply send us your entire invitation and we will address, stuff, seal, and mail them for you. Either you supply us with the postage for each invite or we can pick it up and add it on to your order, whichever is easiest for you.
